at LibrisZone.com, their catalogues and different information
services (analyses of books, etc.) for consultation only.
Most of
the items offered at LibrisZone.com (articles, illustrations,
logos, databases, etc.) are protected as intellectual property.
Therefore, the booksellers in particular, are bearers of rights
regarding their catalogues and the book analyses they offer.
You are
only authorised a strictly personal use of each one of these
items. As such, you benefit from the contents of the catalogues
(in particular, the bibliographical notes), from the articles
and other protected items, for a strictly personal, non-collective,
non-exclusive and non-transferable use, namely the storage
right for display on a single workstation and the right of
reproduction, in only one copy for safeguard or printing.
Are thus forbidden: any installation on a network or redistribution,
even in part, under any form. Finally, any substantial extraction
of the catalogues' contents is forbidden.
Any
use other than the one allowed in the terms of the present
General Terms and Conditions is subject to previous authorisation
by the Booksellers or other claimants of the catalogues, articles
and other protected items.
