If
no formality is obligatory, it is wise
to carry out one of the three following
actions in order to protect sound working:

To deposit in a member of the legal
profession, notary or usher, which juridically
is the only irrefutable proof but costs
approximately 1000 F.

To address a mail recommended sealed
to wax containing a specimen of the
book and especially to keep the envelope
in the state, without unsealing it.
The postmark will constitute a proof.
